Amendments to vendor registration

I have WordPress and WooCommerce
There is a page for merchant registration
I want to sort some fields
like
The commercial registration number is below the name of the company name field

I also want the store link to be optional

I also want to arrange the following fields and they are also mandatory
Country
Region
City
Street or neighborhood
