Algolia federated search setup on Wordpress WPML site hosted on Netlify

I have a Wordpress site that uses WPML for language translation, and uses SimplyStatic to convert the site to static HTML, and then being pushed to Netlify for hosting. I'm looking or a developer to help me integrate Algolia search onto the site. It would need to be a federated search broken down by different site category types.
