Airbnb + VRBO + Private Website Audit and cleanup

We have a company that owns multiple luxury vacation rental properties in Cabo San Lucan, Mexico. WE also manage several other properties for other owners. We list the rental properties on airbnb, VRBO and our private website. We have grown quickly and need some help to audit our listings for quality and consistency and correct any issues.
Specifically:
1. There are listings missing on our web site -- ie addon items like golf carts and yacht.
2. Listing and calendar management. Need someone to look through all our listings on all three sites (airbnb, vrbo, website) and make sure there are no errors or inconsistencies and correct as necessary.
3. We need someone to look at all the calendars (airbnb, vrbo, website) and the master spreadsheet and see if they are all identical and no sync errors or other errors.
