After migration of WP site, 1 of 3 forms (Contact 7) are not submitting...

I just migrated a WP website to a different hosting provider.
Everything works fine, except that one of the three forms (all Contact 7) which are part of the WP website is not submitting any more. When I click submit nothing happens.
