I’m looking for someone to help me set up affiliate-style tracking across 3 funnels built on WordPress and integrated with GoHighLevel (GHL).
The goal is to allow each acquisition rep or affiliate to have their own unique tracking link (e.g. ?ref=NAME) that passes their ID into a hidden field in the shared GHL form — so I can clearly see which rep brought in which leads, demo bookings, or trial payments.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Set up affiliate-style tracking on 3 WordPress sites/funnels
• Pass the ?ref= parameter to a hidden field inside an embedded GoHighLevel form
• Ensure data is captured inside GHL for:
• Demo bookings
• Form submissions
• Trial purchases
• Create a JavaScript snippet or WordPress-compatible method to inject ref data from URL into the GHL form
• Assist in setting up GHL workflows or tags to help me track which rep brought in each lead

• Experience with GoHighLevel forms, custom fields, and workflows
• Comfortable working in WordPress (Elementor or raw HTML)
• Able to implement JavaScript-based tracking
• Bonus if you’ve done affiliate tracking, UTM capture, or form automation before

• Step-by-step documentation or video walkthrough showing how it works
• Help me set up a simple reporting view or tag system in GHL
