This addon should add the possibility to add – on a per-page basis – advanced comment forms to a Wordpress-page.
The admin should be able to set various safety and authentication choices for that page. The moderator (which has no other WP rights) will have the options which comment types are available and how they look. The user can add comments to the page using all sorts (pictures, text, video, …) each with unique layout.
