*Adult* wordpress plugin customize

Hello I have a site using wordpress. Im using a plugin called big file uploads to set maximum upload sizes for each user group. For example normal member can upload 1 MB files, and vip member can upload 5mb files.
The problem is the smallest size is 1 MB. I want the plugin customized so I can make the smallest size in KB such as 500kb, instead of 1mb being the smallest

My site is hosted on digitalocean, it has no cpanel.
