Adult Website Development

This introduction may be a bit long. However, it is very important that you understand what I am looking for before you decide to take the job. I am in the market for an experienced and versatile web developer who can assist me in developing a series of correlating websites in succession. I am currently looking through my options on Fiverr, hopeful that I will locate my web developer, sooner rather than later.
The websites are in the adult entertainment industry and will comprise of the following:
1) A Model/Member Registration Site
2) A Crowdfunding site for Female only Webcam Models
3) A Webcam site which connects to both sites above
Other sites are set to follow, including the signature adult toy & product site; signature lingerie & fashion site; OnlyFans-type site in addition to others. In regard to the webcam website, I’ve spoken to a company that provides the software to run the webcam site. My job would be to provide the performers, payment structure and find someone to custom design the site to my specifications. If building the webcam site from scratch will prove too expensive, problematic or time consuming then I will select the software and have you customize it.
I’ve already completed the design including color scheme for the registration site via Microsoft Word (but require your expert input to make the site attractive). This should help expedite the site’s development. However, I do require a specialist to assist with all other functionalities of the site that I may not be privy to due to my limited experience. I am in the process of completing the content for several sections of the site; the FAQ (which will be a work in progress) as well as the brief hovering and broader clickable definitions for the various services, benefits, types of models and so forth.
The registration site should also be set up where our initial members can directly assist the company in raising funds. This site will not be selling toys or products. So, if that product page can instead be structured as a mini crowdfunding site, selling one product, which is a Prime Archetype membership with several pricing options.
Ideally, I would like to connect with one individual or company that clearly understands my vision and can work alongside me to bring my concept alive through the 3 main sites above (one after the other), as well as potentially assist me with advice on marketing & promoting, etc.
