Adding top bar on a woocommerce website
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
We want to add a black top bar on our website http://hamm.com.tr/
The user will enter 2 or 3 sentences here and these will autoslide.

The height of the bar and the font are defined in figma design file.
We need you do the modification on our test server: http://test.hamm.com.tr/
and write exactly all the steps you did. So we can do these modifications on the live site.
You can add a plugin for this property but we already have (somehow!) a field for this (we dont remember, probably its from the old version of the site, which we didnt do), but the behaviour is not implemented. Perhaps you can use this area, if you prefer.
