Adding custom fields to woocomerce shop wordpress

Hi I need someone asap to add billing input fields to my wordpress site.
Now I can not see any fields where I could add any personal information over the papal button. I added 2 images one of them is the current state how it looks. The other shows what fields I need. I also added a plugin called: WooCommerce Easy Checkout Fields Editor To make the task easier.
