Adding 2 accounts (Paypal, Stripe, Direct Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery) Based on Checkout Country

We have a Wordpress site with Woocommerce installed. Currently our payment gateways (Paypal, Stripe, Direct Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery) are all connected to our accounts in Europe. We are interested in operating the same eshop from our warehouse in Asia. In this case, however, all payments, should be driven to our Asian partner. Therefore, based on the delivery address the payment should be forwarded accordingly and this primarily concerns the case where the user chooses to pay via Direct Bank Transfer (where a new bank account needs to be shown), Via Stripe (where a new bank account needs to be connected with Stripe) or Paypal (new paypal account). In the case of Paypal, a plugin already exists but not for the others. In all other cases, we will be serving from Europe via our current e-shop set up.
