Add webservice of products into my wordpress, create product pages, and category search results.

Have a wordpress site that needs to have its search section updated.
I have a few web services that make calls for product information.
I need to implement these into Wordpress so it's:
-searchable via the search bar, and then I need to
-get the results displayed in product pages and I also need to
- show autocomplete search responses separated by category.
Currently, there are no existing product pages from the design. So we can have temp design implemented first. While we complete the design. I have posted a sample design but its not going to stay that way.
You must use a VPN to connect to this project or reside in the US.
Looking for someone that has a background with C# as well. and handling webservices and json correctly and safely.
