Add two functions to Woocommerce / WordPress website

I have a small WordPress website with Woocommerce Plugin to rent out tents and other sports equipment.
Now I want to allow friends to rent out too. For this I need two small adjustments:
1 enable different users to sign in as lessors
enable upload of equipment for the different lessors using frontend not backend
prices and dates and photos should be maintained on the frontend by each lessor
2 add the field location to indicate where the equipment is located
add a search field on the landing page to search and filter by a category, by location, and by date
