Add page to existing Wordpress/Elementor Website, Additional items and Website SEO

Add 5th Page 'Client Portal' to a Wordpress site (Elementor Pro) for Therapy business.
This will have a client signup up area for Terms and Conditions to register with password.
Client to receive email to verify. Once verified - access granted to 'Client Portal' and email added to my subscription email list.
Client Portal contains standard wording, with a selection of files available for download (I require the option to select individual files for download for specific client - which I will add after first therapy session).
Client Portal also contains:
'Submit a testimonial' form (again only when I add access).
''Unsubscription' Option - which will remove from mailing list and remove access from client portal at the same time.
Other website items:
Linked for existing page added to footer.
Payment Widget (Paypal) added to footer, with specific drop down option for sessions/packages.
