Add new sections on WordPress site

We need someone to add some features to our existing WordPress site. We need a sign-in member area, conferencing like Google Meet, multi-streaming function, automatic recording function, subtitle & graphics function, thumbnail video galleries, like in YouTube, payment function, fundraising plugin, an onine signature campaign function like Change.org, a newsletter and notification function, an event section and NGO profile section. The site is on AWS.
