Add new pages to existing wordpress website

I am looking for a freelancer to add 1-3 new pages to my existing WordPress website. The purpose of these additional pages is to promote a specific event which is a Hackathon. I have a specific design/template in mind that I would like to be followed for the new pages - you need to have a canva account to access them. The new pages will have clickable boxes and these will link to files that are loaded in the library - we need to be able to add new files to the library easily. The freelancer should be able to integrate the pages seamlessly with the existing website so that visitors have a smooth user experience.
