Add a new WordPress page on site and rewrite content so it is unique

I need a new page added onto our site, I need it to be beautifully created and I have content that will need to be rewritten so it is original. Pictures will need to be added. The total word count is 900 that needs to be writtent

Article needs to be rewritten manually and cannot be processed with a article spinner.

Also page will need to be optimized for seo and also pictures that go with the content will need to be sourced.
