Add a feature to a WordPress plugin

I'm using the plugin "WP Poll Survey & Voting System" which shows in the website, a voting public system, however, i need this plugin to also display a graphic bar chart live with the reults of the voting poll. This feature should be able to manually be modified and should update itself with the new incoming votes. I need it flexible enough to input fewer or more options for new coming polls. Also, you should be able to vote directly from the chart bar, with buttons in the footer of the graph where the names are. I attached 2 images that may help visualice my needs.
