Add extra document for WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips Professional

Hello, I have a client who's using the 4 available documents for this plugin. the client needs an option for a 5th document. I need to be able to update the plugin in the future.
plugin info: WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips Professional. The extra document should have the same functionality as the rest (most likely the order picking document).
Ideally, we should be able to configure the document in the same way as the 4 other/current documents.
adding the 5th document has an impact on 2 places: the "configurator" and "documents" tab.
