Add a customized tool on a wordpress site
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Hello,
We are looking to implement a tool on our website that enables automated material filtering. The user should be able to input a particular material, its location, and its thickness at the top of the tool. Upon input, the tool should then generate the most suitable options, ranked from lowest to highest based on their total material score.
It's crucial to acknowledge that the resulting options are associated with formulas; changes in the thickness or type of material will inevitably lead to changes in these values.
It should look like the image attached in this task. So clean nice layout of the fields, with the results listed below in a table with filter options. We will add extra’s later on for these results, there we want them to color green at the top, red/orange in the middel and red ad the bottom. (to make it visible which are good, and which are bad)
Attached (page 1) is an Excel file that contains a macro, demonstrating how we wish the tool to function; the tool's behavior on the website should precisely mirror this.
The green fields in the Excel file represent those for which we need to offer a dropdown menu, containing all unique values corresponding to each respective column:
- 'Schildeel' requires a dropdown menu encompassing all unique values in its column
- 'Naam' similarly requires a dropdown with all unique values in its column
- 'Dikte' necessitates an input field where users can enter the thickness of the material
A key feature is the ability to upload an Excel list (see attachment - page 2), from which the tool can extract data while maintaining flawless functionality. Any new unique values appearing in the uploaded Excel (overwrite the last uploaded excel) should be included in the dropdown options. - -
- Hence, we would like to steer clear from hardcoding, relying instead on the data sourced from the Excel list.
- As we are in the process of developing a new website, we would appreciate if this tool could be readily transferred with minimal effort. Our current site is built on WordPress.
Could you please inform us whether you could facilitate the creation of this tool, and provide an estimation of the cost? We would also need this by this friday 14/07/2023.
Should you have any queries, need specific access, don't hesitate to initiate a chat so we can discuss this further and delve into the Excel file if necessary.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
