Add 72 blogs and description to around 100 product category of wordpress site

I need to import 72 blogs from https://sena-homefurniture.co.uk/ to my wordpress site manually. You have to import both text and images. Blogs also have categories and date.
After importing blogs, you have to add description to the categories. Not all categories have description. You have to add description from https://sena-homefurniture.co.uk/ website to my wordpress website. Description have text and links. You have to replace the link with wordpress site if necessary.
