Add a USA specific section to my woocommerce

I have a Woocommerce site it sells to the european market. I want to add a specific USD site specific to USA it will use the same database for orders and stock etc... but will have different currency and different notices.
It will run in a subdirectory of the main site. Eg /usa
Only bid if you have done something similar.
It will work like shopify markets but is woocommerce.
Products will not have to be added twice they will use the same.database for stock.
