Adapting a WordPress plugin to the needs of our e-commerce site

I have a plugin called WP Sell Services.
By using this plugin, you can turn your website into something similar to Fiverr and Freelancer.
On my website, I sell services to optimize LinkedIn profiles (I only sell this, so it is not a marketplace).
As well as this, when I create a new product in the admin panel, I have to add questions (which can be text questions, radio questions, etc.).
The operative procedure of the service requires them to answer a form prepared in advance in the WPFORMS plugin and located on a separate and dedicated page (conversational form).
I want that instead of (or in addition, or as an option for a question type) -> one of the "requirements" is to answer the questionnaire, and until we answer -> it will not be possible to click "submit".
In addition, I want to delete from the client's personal area everything that could affect the marketplace (for example, there is a label that shows all the suppliers)
