Re-Activate Wordpress Site and Add Free SSL

I changed the the index page on my wordpress site a couple of years ago. I can't find where I put the index.php page so need someone to upload/install that for me. All of the content is still on Wordpress.

I also need you to install a working SSL certificate on my site. Please find a free version of SSL.
