Access to website panel

I'm looking to grant full admin access to my Wordpress website panel. Access to any existing data is required, but I'm not sure if there are any specialized requirements for the access. I'm looking for someone who can help determine what the requirements may be and provide the best solution that ensures I have the proper access with minimal disruption.
NOTE:- I don’t remember the id but I know the password.
