API integration into Wordpress Website

We have a WP website and would like to incorporate an API from the police force so that people can log into our site and via postcode they can search for crime rates in their area.
This has been done by a competitor of ours at the following URL.

We would like the client to input a postcode into the search panel just like the adt's website.
Design needs to be modern and similar to the ADT's site but in keeping with our URL design and branding.
