I run an English-language property portal that showcases homes in Greece to buyers abroad and now need a reliable partner for two ongoing tasks:
1. One-time start-up work
• Install and fine-tune an SEO plugin of your choice (Yoast, Rank Math, All in One—whichever you are most comfortable with) so every new listing is index-ready.
• Configure any companion tools needed for a smooth “add-listing” workflow inside WordPress (custom fields, media optimisation, sitemap refresh, schema).
• Hand over a brief how-to so my team can follow the same process when you are not around.
2. Recurring monthly service
• Upload a fixed number of new residential listings (tell me what quantity your quote covers). For each entry you will:
– Resize and compress photos for fast load times.
– Enter full metadata: property type, location, price, area, number of rooms, amenities and the location description text I provide.
– Fill in focus keyword, SEO title and meta description so the page scores “green” inside the plugin.
• Keep all installed plugins and WordPress core current, test compatibility after every update and resolve issues that might affect search visibility or site performance.
• Send a short monthly report summarising completed uploads, plugin updates and any technical adjustments.
My budget is modest, so please quote separately for:
a) the initial plugin setup (one-off)
b) the monthly maintenance package, specifying how many listings are included, which SEO checks you perform and how many plugin updates you cover per cycle.
Everything is already hosted; I will supply the raw photos, property facts and location copy. Looking forward to your proposal with a clear timeline and two prices.
