Un-hack and Update a Website

We have a wordpress website that is hosted on AWS that has been taken off line due to malware and the site not being optimized for updates and plugins that we need A) Reviewed on what is required to get it back online B) Cleaned of any Malware and or hacks / embedded code etc so it can be stablized.
