Wordpress Contact Form & Optimization

Description:
I’m looking for a reliable freelancer to add a contact form to my WordPress site and make a few small design/optimization adjustments.

Tasks:
- Add a contact form (using a suitable WordPress plugin)
- Remove unnecessary buttons and linked buttons from the content
- Decrease the size of cards and reduce the spacing between them
- Reduce the space between the header and content
- Provide small additional fixes if needed
- add Recaptcha to the Contact forms

Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in WordPress
- Experience working with contact form plugins (e.g., Contact Form 7, WPForms, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of site optimization and styling (CSS, layout adjustments)

Additional Info:
I will provide access to a test host where you can implement the changes, or you can prepare draft pages before adding them to the live project.
