I'm seeking a developer to create a WordPress plugin that connects to an IELTS test builder and test scoring platform. The plugin should handle license verification, user authentication, and data synchronization with the test scoring platform. I will manage the addition of tests myself, so this functionality is not required.

Key Requirements:

- User authentication for secure access
