WordPress Order Form Automation

I need my existing Excel-based order form turned into a fully functional online ordering tool on our WordPress site. Visitors should be able to choose options from a clean drop-down menu; each choice must instantly swap the accompanying product image so customers can see exactly what they’re selecting before they submit.

When an order is placed the system must:
• Capture every field and lay it out in the same format as my current Excel template
• Automatically generate a tidy, printable PDF of the completed form
• Email the PDF to me (and optionally the customer) and confirm on-screen that the order was received

All images, the Excel template, and site access will be ready for you on day one. I’m happy to use a reliable WordPress form plugin—Gravity Forms, WPForms, Ninja Forms, or similar—as long as it handles dynamic image swapping and PDF generation cleanly. CSS tweaks should match our existing theme so the ordering page feels native.

The finished solution should be live, tested, and documented within a month. If you’ve built interactive WordPress order forms that output to PDF before, I’d love to see them.
