WordPress Cargo Tracking System

I want a straightforward tracking feature added to my existing WordPress site so customers can enter a reference number and instantly see three key details: the current location of their cargo, its estimated delivery time, and any status updates we have logged.

For the back-end I prefer to keep our current workflow in Google Sheets or excel online or similar . An admin should be able to upload a fresh sheet (CSV or XLSX is fine) through the WordPress dashboard whenever new consignments are ready, and the tracking database should update right away—no complex automations needed.

Deliverables
• A responsive front-end tracking page or pop-up that blends with our theme
• Secure admin panel option to manually import the latest Google Sheet and overwrite/append records
• Basic validation so incomplete or duplicate entries are flagged before import
• Clear setup instructions so I can repeat the process without developer help

If a lightweight plugin already meets these needs, feel free to recommend and customise it; otherwise a small bespoke module is fine. I’m looking for a clean, budget-friendly solution that does exactly what’s outlined above and nothing more.
