WordPress Candidate Form Page
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I already run my site on WordPress. Now I need a dedicated “Candidates” page that lets job-seekers fill out a form, stores every submission in the database, and displays the filtered results to my clients—minus any contact details.
Core flow
1. Candidate visits the new page, completes a clean, mobile-friendly form (name, résumé upload, free-text skills field, etc.).
2. The entry is saved so I can review it in the dashboard just like any post or form submission.
3. A front-end table or grid shows those entries to my clients. They must be able to search or filter specifically by candidate qualifications/skills; no phone numbers or email addresses appear on their side.
4. I alone retain full access to the untouched records, including the hidden contact fields, through the back-end.
Key points
• Built on my existing WordPress install—use a solid forms solution (WPForms, Gravity Forms, custom CPT with ACF, or similar).
• Role-based visibility: admin sees everything; client role sees only the anonymised list.
• Simple, intuitive filtering by skills; other filters can stay optional for future expansion.
• No predefined skill list is required; candidates can enter whatever skills they like.
Deliverable is a fully tested page (and any theme/plugin tweaks) ready to go live, with clear instructions on how I can export or further manage the data later.
