WordPress Admin Access Fix Needed

Fix my WordPress website. I can't access the admin - getting login errors - not sending password (or reset password) when requested. It is hosted on DreamHost. I do have recent WP Staging backup (just over a gig), but haven't used it, since I can't access the WP admin anyway. I suppose I could just reinstall WP, install that plugin, then restore, but not sure if I should try that.

Need someone who doesn't ask me to release payment the second they say the work is done. Usually, I've seen, fixes work for a couple days, THEN break again. So be patient before you ask me for release and review. If you really believe in your work, you'll wait a moment.
