Product Management WordPress Plugin

I need a clean, well-structured plugin that I can use in wordpress.
I run a business selling live courses in real-time. I need to build a wordpress plugin that can:
- Take a booking from potential students
- Send reminder emails and booking confirmations
- Take payment or be able to integrate with woocommerce
- I need to be able to add a certain amount of spots in each session
- if someone adds a course to the cart, i need the available spots left for that particular day to still show as available until that person actually checks out.
- It needs to also be able to sync with other wordpress websites. So I basically have several wordpress sites and I want them to all have the same booking calender. If for example we have a course with 10 positions available for a certain day, and someone books on 1 of the websites, the availability across all sites needs to show as 9 if 1 booking has been made.
