PlugIn for wordpress or simple extension

I need for a course booking plugin an additonal plugin or extension that I can access the data by http-request in XML format. The course booking plugin is not yet defined. Here we are basically free in choice.
Url can look like:
https://www.webpage.com/courses/export.php?code=$password$&id=" & ID
Where ID ist he last ID which was important.
>> give back XML
So what you have to do is to read out the tables and create an xml file with the fields:
Id, name, location, date from, date to, first name of participant, last name, academic titel, zip code, city, email, ysnOvernight, ysnAdditional, remarks, responsible person, time of registration
These are also the fields which we need for register a course. Here we will use a default plugin.
