Long-Term Individual WordPress Developer Required

I am looking for an individual WordPress developer (NOT an agency) for ongoing work. This is a long-term collaboration, not a one-time task.

You should be able to work fast, clean, and produce visually appealing WordPress websites without unnecessary complications. The focus is on speed, clarity, and good visual taste.

Working conditions
• 5–6 hours per day
• Hourly rate: $3/hour
• Long-term cooperation
• Working time must overlap with New York time (between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST)
• Remote work

What you will be doing
• Building and customizing WordPress websites
• Working with themes and plugins
• Making layouts look clean, modern, and professional
• Fixing layout and functionality issues
• Implementing sections, pages, and basic animations if needed
• Following clear instructions and delivering exactly what is requested

Requirements
• Strong practical experience with WordPress
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Good visual sense (clean design, spacing, typography)
• Responsibility and clear communication
• Availability during New York time window
• Individual freelancer only (no agencies, no teams, no managers)
