Fix Wordpress Directory Subscription

I have a website (business directory) built on Wordpress/Elementor, and the subscription option/plugin settings is not working. After clicking the "Add Your Listing" button, it doesn't allow people to subscribe. The site is built, the directory plugin is installed, I need you to take a look at the problem and fix it.
