Fix & Style Sweep&Go Client Onboarding Form on WordPress
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need someone experienced with Sweep&Go (SNG) WordPress plugin to quickly set up and style the full client onboarding form.
What I have:
• WordPress site with Sweep&Go Core + Client Onboarding plugin installed
• Page using “Sweep&Go Client Onboarding” template (see attachment)
• Custom fields set up
What I want:
• Beautiful multi-step onboarding form exactly like my designs or as close as possible (zip code page + signup page)(see attachment): zip code page→ sign up page with: number of dogs → cleanup frequency slider → yard size → phone → consent → big submit button.
• Match Pupzie branding/colors.

Timeline: ASAP (same day if possible)
Send examples of previous SNG or similar form work.
