File upload by user during checkout in Dokan Pro and little adjustment of vendor dashboard on mobile interface

we want that for a particular product vendor should be able to select whether he wants the customer to upload the file during the order or not. The vendor should be able to add this in his dokan dashboard for new products. He should also be able to control the type of files like video, image or text, number of media, size of media.
