Experienced WordPress Developer for Chauffeur Plugin

I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer to install and customise the Chauffeur Booking System plugin for my airport transfer website,

Requirements:

Fully customise the booking form and design to match my website.
Configure airport transfer bookings with:
Pickup & drop-off locations
Date & time
Return journeys
Flight number
Passengers & luggage
Vehicle selection
Meet & Greet
Child seats
Set up fixed pricing for airport routes and distance pricing as a fallback.
Configure vehicle-based pricing and optional extras.
Integrate Stripe and/or PayPal payments.
Set up email notifications for customers and admin.
Set up SMS notifications (Twilio or similar).
Configure Google Maps and address autocomplete.
Integrate with a third-party dispatch system (iCabbi preferred).
Automatically send website bookings to the dispatch system, including customer details, pickup/drop-off locations, journey date and time, flight information, vehicle type, extras, booking price, and payment status.
Configure API, webhook, or other integration methods required for dispatch system connectivity.
Ensure the booking system is fully mobile-friendly.
Configure SMTP for reliable email delivery.
Do not edit plugin core files; all customisation must be update-safe.
Provide a short guide on how to manage bookings and update prices.
