Changes in Woocommerce Food plugin code

Hello. I want to change something in Woocommerce Food by Ex-Themes.
In plugin the address field is only in popup on the main page, where you can write your address and start ordering.
I want to move the content from this popup to the place on main page. I tried to copy the code to page editor but its working on PHP and show nothing.
For example look at the page www pyszne pl - this is effect which i want to do - address field on main page, not in popup.
