Celewatch order ststem

Hey, how are you?
I have a company called Celewatch and we provide video editing.

I want to create a custom order system which the client will have steps he needs to go through in order to order the edit:

1.For what platform is the edit
2.If he wants music in it
3.If he wants subtitles in it
4.What genre is the video

and more stuff like this.

Each step will have a certien tab, and on the side there will be a lottie that needs to change accordingly: So lets say the lottie is of a man sitting. If the client choose they want music in the video, the head of the lottie person will change into a head with headphones.
If they want a video game genre, the hand of the lottie person will change into hand with a video game controller.

Each option will change the price of the product.

I want to be able to customize the tabs, options and their prices.

Adding a sketch of how it will look (the tabs could be horizontal as well).

Is this possible? And if so, how much would it be?
