Bullhorn API & WordPress Set Up
Budget: $100 – $1,000 CAD
We are looking for support with the following:
(1) Set up a new Bullhorn API (May not be required, see details/questions below)
(2) Set up WordPress hosting and dashboard to display the Bullhorn job board
(3) Edit Bullhorn WordPress plug-in source code to fix an inherent issue with display on tablets and mobile which is causing overlapping information on each job posting (photo attached)
Background information about the project:
I am a website designer and built a WordPress website using a builder called Weeknight Website (weeknightwebsite.com). We had a Bullhorn job board built by a website developer. This job board displays job listings that we call “external hires”. We’ve integrated the job board on the current website using the WordPress Bullhorn plug-in where we entered the details of the Swim Lane that the web developer configured.
We would like to create a separate job board that displays jobs related to “internal hires”. We would like external hires and internal hires to be displayed on separate web pages.
A good example of what we want to achieve would be the Randstad website where you can access "Careers with us" (equivalent to internal hires) (https://www.randstad.ca/jobs/our-current-vacancies/) or other job postings (https://www.randstad.ca/jobs/) (equivalent to external hires).
We believe that we need to set up a separate WordPress website with a subdomain to achieve this, but are not sure if this is the best/only way to configure two job boards. The reason we think that a subdomain and two WordPress dashboards might be needed is that you can only configure one Swim Lane/job board per Bullhorn plugin (to our understanding).
Our question is: Can you configure two job boards with one Bullhorn plug-in so that each job board is displayed on a separate website page? Or do you have to have two separate Bullhorn plug-ins which require two separate WordPress websites/subdomains?
Depending on the answer to the above question, we can determine the best way forward.
Regardless of how we move forward with having the second job board configured, we will need a WordPress website set up with hosting and relevant plug-ins as we cannot access the source plug-in code to fix a display issue (screenshot attached) with Weeknight Website. The current WordPress website page where the job boards are displayed can be exported from the existing website and imported into the new website, so a new build is not required. Ideally, it would be great to use a fairly user-friendly plug-in (Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, etc.) so that the web pages can be managed relatively easily.
As part of this project, it would be great to set up a Zoom, Google Meets, or call if possible to determine the best way forward and discuss the project scope.
