Additions to a Wordpress plugin and its design - Platform with API connection to Userbob.com

We have an initial version of a platform that runs in Wordpress, it uses Jetpack CRM as the client’s dashboard.
The platform allows users to run their own user tests, we connect to UserBob’s API at UserBob.com to run the tests. In other words, our platform uses their platform to create and run those tests.
Our goal is to add new features to this plugin, and to the designs of the screens that this plugin uses.

Overview
Our website is a service that allows people to run unmoderated Remote User Tests, over the web. The service aims to help any type of business or person conduct remote user tests. This spec is not, by any stretch of the imagination, complete. All of the wording will need to be revised several times before it is finalized. The graphics and layout of the screens is shown here merely to illustrate the underlying functionality. The actual look and feel will be developed over time with the input of graphics designers and iterative user feedback. This spec does not discuss the algorithms or code, which will be discussed elsewhere. It simply discusses what the user sees when they interact with Our website.

Goals that were done as part of V1 of the plugin
The Wordpress plugin already has this functionality: 1.- Ability to white label to any number of customers using Wordpress as the platform 2.- As a form: Allow logged in customers to create studies 3.- Each customer has a Dashboard with information about their studies. 4.- Use Jetpack CRM (Wordpress plugin) as the way customers interact, create and view existing studies 5.- View participants’ videos and add timestamped notes to each video 6.- Export notes along with the test information as a CSV/Excel file 7.- Notify the customer via email when there’s a new participant video

There’s an existing user research service called Userbob, they provide an API for white label services to be used by 3rd parties, i.e. Agencies. Link: https://userbob.com/api

Needs to connect to Jetpack CRM (a Wordpress plugin), that’s where we customers will log in to their dashboard, view existing studies, and also be able to create new ones.

Scenarios
Scenario 1:
Mike is a busy executive of a large important company that makes dynamite-based products for children which are sold through their website. His company is currently working on a new Website design, but he is unsure if customers will like it. He has been under pressure to show something to the company investors, so he visits OurWebsite.com, signs up and sends a link to two screenshots that the designer made using Figma. To have a better idea of why participants like one design in particular fills the task as: “Please vote for which design is the best, now! And explain why”. For the number of participants he selects “run study with 10 participants”, and for the time for each participant he selects “15 minutes”, and submits the test. Participants are from the USA ONLY, but he can add an extra comment in the requirements field: “Native language: US ENGLISH” just to make sure. He anxiously visits the website several times during the day, and his blood pressure goes back to normal as soon as he starts to see responses from participants. This study recorded VIDEO of the participants’ screens, and he can hear them talking over the MICROPHONE as well. Some videos are boring, some are interesting, but finally after 3 days, all the participants have responded. He
now has a winner design to show to the investors.
