Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I do not need responsive design, SEO, or E-Commerce with shopping cart. Our site has to look good on a tablet, a laptop and a desktop (but if we need a mobile site, we will build that later).
Small but elegant and VERY detail-oriented site in 5-7 calendar days.
Site must be built in WordPress using Elementor Pro/ Elementor Expert (which I can set up for you on our server).
• NDA: The website works requires that a non-disclosure agreement be signed.
• WEBSITE AGREEMENT: If you agree to the work and offer below, we will provide a website agreement.
• $100USD paid as milestone to duplicate our XD and turn it into a WordPress Homepage on our server and $500USD upon completion of the remainder of the website (for a total payment of $600USD.
• WE WILL PROVIDE MOST MAJOR ASSETS: An Adobe XD of the home page has been created, and we do have the following assets ready to send: company logos, colors selected, fonts, photos, videos, calculators and icons purchased and design style we require. If you are able to duplicate our XD homepage concept/theme for all pages, we would like to move forward with you if terms herein are acceptable.
• WORD PRESS MOCK: The site is written and provided to you in a detailed mockup up in MS Word. Only the homepage has an XD design, but this is the look and style need to apply on all other pages.
• ANIMATION: We are outsourcing the three major animations so you do not have to do that but all the easier animation using CSS, Elementor Widgets you will need to do and CSS Typewriter effect).
• IMAGE PLUGIN: We can provide Imagify to help compress the images with lossless compression.
• SPEED PLUGIN: We can provide WPRocket to help the site load more quickly.
• Our landing/website entry page will be password code and has a special animation (one of the three we are outsourcing so you do not have to make it). Our website is an invite only website and information only – no shopping cart but it has three forms (we can buy WP Forms plugin if you need this – but Elementor can make forms as well in WordPress).
• SIZE OF THE WEBSITE: The Site is 10-13 pages / approximately (approximately 51 sections between all the page (and possibly approximately 15 subsections [which are sections that may need to scroll to see the whole section]) + Legal + Policy pages
• All pages use some CSS Typewriter Effect on some of the text or titles.
• + Footer (already designed – see XD version of how we would like it)
• TABLE: There is 1 table (with info text boxes) that must scroll left and right (and the table auto scrolls unless hovered over or clicked). We can show you a sample site using this effect.
COMPARISON TABLE (you can use Elementor or other widgets): There is also one comparison table (about 4 columns and 15 rows) we would like to be an accordion so the table can be expanded or closed (probably a widget or plugin for this).
• VIDEOS: We have 2 videos ready to load to our server (not to YouTube).
• INFO-GRAPHICS: We have 2 info-graphics complete and ready to load (and possible 1 more variation of this still coming). This will be loaded to another page with a special password and we have a specialist who will turn this into a flip page PDF.
• INFO ONLY SITE: The site will be an "info only site" and is a B2B site, with site visitors allowed to enter by private invite only.
• SEARCH ENGINE BLOCKING: the site does not need SEO, and we would like you to add code in ‘meta area’ of the header code for the website not to be indexed or crawled by search engines.
WEBSITE DESIGN TIMELINE: We would want a commitment to finish the site as your top and only priority over the next 5-7 days.
• WORPRESS ACCESS FOR YOU: We can also provide a WordPress account with full administrator privileges (but not cPanel access). Elementor Expert will be installed for you. We can also buy any other plugins to assist you if needed.
