Wordpress (WP) expert coder to do automated information portal

Looking for Wordpress (WP) expert to do information portal of latest tech products (such as apps, plugins, software, websites) which are automatically searched/compiled/curated from the web. Something like producthunt.com
-You should use or modify existing Wordpress theme (preferably free) instead of creating new theme from scratch
-Almost all updates (such as new latest apps, news) to site should be automated by scripts or AI tools so that manual updates by site administrator is minimal.
-You must be experienced coder/designer in WP who can do modifications and familiar with automation using AI
If you can do this, please send examples of similar sites you have done.
