Wordpress Site Migration in two different folder

We have a site in google cloud where I want three things
same site will clone to two different locations...for eg : abc.com/a and abc.com/b
one site will be as it is in anopther website i need minor modification like logo , content and other things need sto be changed,.
at last in main domain which is abc.com i want background image with two different logo and button which will reditect ro the respective website.. budget is fixed which is Rs 2000- 2500/-
