WordPress website for a construction company

I have a simple, slim website layout for my construction company ready as a JPG. I need that static design converted into a fully functional, responsive WordPress site.

Scope of work
• Build a custom WordPress theme that mirrors my JPG exactly.
• Create the following pages:
– Home
– Services
– References with an expandable project gallery (click-to-enlarge or lightbox)
– Contact page that displays our address on an interactive map
– Legal Notice (Impressum) and Privacy Policy subpages
• Implement a German / English language switcher so every page, menu, and footer text can be toggled seamlessly.
• Ensure the site is fully responsive for both desktop and mobile screens.
• Connect the finished site to my existing hosting and domain (details will be supplied).

Key points
– Design is provided; you focus on clean, efficient code.
– Gallery images must load quickly but still allow a full-size view.
– Map embed can be Google Maps or an open-source equivalent—just keep it lightweight.
– No extra plugins unless they genuinely streamline maintenance or translation.

Deliverables
1. Installed and tested WordPress theme.
2. All six pages populated with placeholder text/images where final content is not yet available.
3. Documentation for basic updates (adding new projects, editing copy, swapping images).
