I’m looking for an experienced WordPress developer who can take my idea from blank canvas to a fully-functioning, visually appealing website. At this stage I’m still refining the exact structure, so I’ll need your guidance on the best theme choice—or a custom design—based on the site’s eventual goals.

Here’s what I know so far:
• The site must be built on the latest stable WordPress release and load quickly on both desktop and mobile.
• Clean, modern visuals, intuitive navigation, and solid on-page SEO are priorities.
• I want the flexibility to add or rearrange pages (Home, About, Contact, Blog, Services, Shop, etc.) as the project evolves, so please set things up with reusable page templates or an easy drag-and-drop builder like Elementor or Gutenberg.
• Security hardening, caching, and basic performance optimisation should be in place before hand-off.

Deliverables
1. Initial design mock-ups (two style variations).
2. Theme setup or custom theme development, including child theme where applicable.
3. Responsive page templates ready for content population.
4. Essential plugins configured (SEO, security, caching, forms).
5. Final site migration to my live hosting environment with a short hand-over call or screen-share explaining maintenance basics.
